Refund & Cancellation Policy

At CardFlow, we want you to be completely satisfied with our Service. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations for paid subscriptions.

1. Free Plan

The Free plan requires no payment and can be used indefinitely. No refund considerations apply.

2. Cancellation

2.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Navigating to your account settings and selecting "Cancel Subscription"
  • Contacting our support team at support@cardflow.cloud

2.2 What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain access to all paid features until the billing period expires
  • After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan
  • Your digital cards will remain accessible, but features exceeding Free plan limits will be deactivated
  • Your data (cards, leads, analytics) will be preserved for 90 days after downgrade, during which you can reactivate your plan to restore full access

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility

Scenario Refund
Cancel within 7 days of first purchase (new subscribers) Full refund
Cancel after 7 days of first purchase No refund; access continues until billing period ends
Service outage exceeding 72 continuous hours Pro-rated refund for the downtime period
Duplicate or accidental charge Full refund of the duplicate amount
Renewal charge after cancellation was requested Full refund of the erroneous charge
Annual plan cancellation (mid-term) No refund; access continues until the annual period ends
Account terminated for Terms violation No refund

3.2 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@cardflow.cloud with:

  • Your registered email address
  • The reason for the refund request
  • Transaction ID or payment receipt (if available)

3.3 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may vary; please allow up to 2 additional billing cycles for the credit to appear

4. Plan Changes

4.1 Upgrading

When you upgrade your plan, you will be charged the pro-rated difference for the remainder of the current billing period. The new plan features will be available immediately.

4.2 Downgrading

When you downgrade your plan, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing period. You will retain access to your current plan's features until then. No partial refunds are issued for downgrades.

5. NFC Cards / Physical Products

If CardFlow sells physical NFC cards or tags:

  • Physical products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging
  • Defective products will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost
  • Custom-printed or personalized NFC cards are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, especially in cases of genuine hardship or service issues on our end.
